Order Processing

Most Wind Wings products are manufactured and assembled after your order is received.

Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days, depending on product availability, order volume, and seasonal demand.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer. If significant delays occur, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders through trusted carriers such as:

  • FedEx

Shipping carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, and shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the packaging and product immediately.

  2. Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and photos.

If your shipment appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
