Refund & Return Policy

At Wind Wings, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled.

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • All original hardware, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Products returned in damaged, altered, or used condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Products modified after delivery

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or accidents

  • Clearance or discontinued items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Product being returned

  • Reason for return

Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when appropriate.

Wind Wings is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection

  • 5–10 business days for financial institutions to process the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number.

  3. Include photographs showing the issue.

Upon verification, we may:

  • Replace the product

  • Repair the product

  • Issue a refund

  • Provide replacement parts

The appropriate resolution will be determined at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide instructions regarding the return of the incorrect item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production or shipment begins.

If production has already started, a cancellation fee may apply to cover materials and labor already invested in the order.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Installation and Fitment

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are ordered for the correct motorcycle model and year.

If you are uncertain about compatibility before ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Wind Wings is not responsible for installation costs, labor charges, or other expenses related to the installation or removal of products.
